PRIVATE INTRODUCTORY SESSION
We recommend starting with our $60 private introductory session with Eden.
This is the best option if you are new to Lifted and have injuries or specific needs that we need to address or if you’re unsure if group classes are a good fit for you.
During the 1 hour private session we will discuss injuries and health concerns, look into goals and begin with an introductory mini session of Pilates on the Reformer or on the Mat.
Alternatively, if you’re ready to dive right into group classes, our New Clients 2 Week Pass is the right option for you.

The Reformer Pilates machine is a spring-based exercise apparatus used for deep muscle strengthening and development.
Reformer Pilates was designed to take the principals of a Mat Pilates workout and apply them to the machine. It provides a low impact workout that is safe for almost everyone.
At Lifted, our classes are fun, challenging and well-rounded.

Challenge yourself in our Mat Pilates class.
Mat Pilates is the OG of the Pilates repertoire and can often be the most challenging.
We will build your technique and work on body awareness, strengthen and flexibility in both body and mind.
Mat Pilates provides special attention to core postural muscles that help to keep the body balanced and provide support for the spine.
Our awesome instructors like to mix it up in this 45 minute class by incorporating the barre, mat, small weights and other equipment to keep our sessions fresh and exciting.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
Barre Fitness is an exercise class taught standing at the ballet barre and on the Pilates mat.
Lifted’s signature Barre Fitness class will have you revved up and wanting more.
It’s a high energy, musically timed dance/exercise class that fuses Pilates with basic ballet positions.
Tone and define your entire body with simple and effective exercises that provide a welcomed burn and Lifted bums while grooving out to our funky playlists.
This 45 minute class will be over before you know – time flies when you’re having fun.
Reformer Stretch is a 45 minute self release session that focuses on dynamic and long hold stretches in the area’s that need it the most.
Like all of our classes at Lifted, no two sessions will be precisely the same.
Our helpful instructors will guide you through self release and stretch techniques using the reformer machine, foam roller, release balls, and breath work.
Reformer Stretch is a fabulous choice for beginners and regulars alike.
