With every class we build strength, condition and tone your body and incorporate elements of stretch in to our exercises.

Each class offered at Lifted Pilates Hamilton is designed with you in mind.

Yoga Pilates and Barre run for 50 minutes, while TRX and Meditation run for 45 minutes.

This group class is designed to strengthen and condition your body from head to toe. Pilates will correct your posture and provide a permanent fix to old injuries, aches and pains. Our classes are fun, challenging and well-rounded and our instructors are skilled with offering progressions and regressions for you to get the best results out of our sessions with us. We use often incorporate small props to keep our classes interesting and our clients guessing.
Our yoga classes have elements of breath work, myofascial release, nerve flossing and will improve your balance, joint mobilisation and stabilisation. Yoga is not a work-out, but a work-in. It holds deep benefits to your emotional state of wellbeing and releases your worries through mindful movement. Our classes are explorative, interesting and made for every body. Yoga and Pilates are a perfect compliment to each other for a well rounded workout routine.
This ballet inspired Pilates and dance fitness class doesn't miss a beat. Our reformers will be rolled away and the ballet barre and mats will make an appliance for this high energy, super fun and creative class. Here we crank up some music and move to the beat, focusing largely on glutei and legs, and evening the class out with arm, back and abdominal sections. Trust us, its addictive and the class will be over before you know it.
Our Total Body Resistance Training classes will leave you with a welcomed glow. TRX resistance training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the difficulty of an exercise is as easy as moving your hands or feet. Here, progression is limitless. TRX is proven to have total body health benefits, increasing heart health on top of strength and flexibility.
TRX is taught with technique and correct form first so you get the most from your workout.
You'll notice a few of our classes on the schedule are pregnancy friendly and we welcome expecting mums into these sessions. These particular classes are designed with pregnancy in mind but are also open to the general public. Non-pregnant participants can expect a softer and more focused flow. Our instructors are skilled in best practices during a group session and will modify the exercises so that they are safe for you during pregnancy. Pregnancy group classes are available for those in their 1st and 2nd trimester and are a safe and results based way for you to prepare for birth. For those of you who are closer to your due date, please contact the studio to arrange small group sessions.
We're delighted to hold a space especially for seniors. Our seniors specific Pilates classes focus on mind body connection while we correct and maintain your posture, strengthen all the right spots and improve balance and coordination. Our seniors classes are a great option for those of you who don't feel comfortable in a group with younger clients and we keep this as a safe space just for you. Make Pilates your new hobby with Lifted.
The perfect addition to a busy week of juggling exercise, work, kids... life. We know you get thrown the odd curveball, let us teach you how to deal with whatever comes your way in a calm and focussed manner through some relaxing and brain soothing meditation. This will take about 3% of your day, but you will benefit and learn from is greatly.
Restore is focused on stretching and restoring your body using breath, myofascial release and gentle, warming movement. As always we have plenty of options to accommodate for your capabilities and can help you to gain more flexibility through your muscles and better mobility through your joints. The restore class moves as a slower pace and is a really nice class for beginners to start with. In some respects Restore and Release is a Pilates and yoga fusion.
Corporate classes are on offer for team building and company wellness programmes. We offer a variety of options for your office to choose from, either 1, 2 or 3 corporate classes per week. Our corporate classes can be scheduled either inside or outside of usual work hours. We ask that our corporate clients choose their preferred class style and pick a day and time that the office can attend each week. Corporate classes run for a minimum of 4 weeks, and we have a few different options to choose from. Let us know if you are interested so that we can send you our proposal.
