Each class offered at Lifted Pilates Hamilton is designed with you in mind.
Yoga Pilates and Barre run for 50 minutes, while TRX and Meditation run for 45 minutes.
Bookings are essential via MindBody.
TRX is taught with technique and correct form first so you get the most from your workout.
