From slow and steady to sweaty and sculpting, there’s a session for every body and every mood.

BEGINNER REFORMER

Start here to find your flow!
  • Foundational and approachable - This class teaches the how and why of Pilates and safe use of the reformer, helping you build confidence and control as you move and learn for 50 minutes.

OPEN REFORMER

Open to Beginners and Experienced Movers
  • Creative, dynamic, and designed to keep you moving for the full 50 minutes. These classes offer variety and flow—but we recommend familiarising yourself with the basics before booking.

POWER REFORMER

Available to experienced Pilates movers.
  • Progress into our most advanced class. Expect bursts of cardio, strength training, and dynamic Pilates sequences fused into a challenging 50-minute session. Not suitable for pregnancy or injury.

JUMP REFORMER

Open to Beginners and Experienced Movers
  • Low-impact cardio meets strength and flow. This class uses the jumpboard to get your heart rate up while staying kind on the joints. Sweaty vibes! Suitable for most levels—just not during pregnancy or early postpartum.

MAT PILATES

Open to Beginners and Experienced Movers
  • Focus on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness with this classic Pilates format. Using just your body and a mat, you'll move through controlled exercises designed to strengthen and stretch.

BARRE (bar)

Open to Beginners and Experienced Movers
  • A full-body workout that combines ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Expect toning, flexibility, and endurance as you work through low-impact exercises using the barre and small props.
