Whether you’re new to exercise, Pilates, or our studio, fret not. We’re experienced hosts for newcomers and are here to ensure a fantastic visit. Check out these helpful tips to ease you into your Pilates journey and prep for your class:
Your instructor will know it’s your first class and will make sure you’re comfortable.
We recommend starting with Beginner Reformer or Mat Pilates.
Give yourself a few minutes before class starts so you can settle in a and get comfy.
We start class on-time and ask everyone to be on-time too.
Please wear socks on the reformer and comfortable clothing.
Don’t forget to bring a water bottle along; we’ve got all the necessary equipment at the studio.
Prior to your class, please drop us an email if you have any injuries or if you’re expecting.
This way, we can tailor the class to your specific needs and ensure you have the best experience.

As a new client, we welcome you to take advantage of our intro pass before purchasing a class pack or signing up to a membership option.
